People begin to use public spaces to create a diverse and open community landscape, responding to our needs. The public space will become a destination in itself.
BenchesCollective Amsterdam is the largest outdoor café in the world. Every first Sunday of the month, the owners of various benches can participate by offering food, drinks, or activities. Together they create a vibrant urban community. BenchesCollective is not only used by private bench owners, small retail destinations participate in the project to promote their store and develop a brand community.
Wheely is a coffee franchise on wheels competing with brand such as Starbucks. Using the advantages of a franchise; branding, social media, pricing and product development, they offer a recognisable bike, equipped with coffee, tea, soft drinks and pastries. Wheely bikes will introduce the coffee shop to the public streets.
Hero is a Korean canteen and bar in Paris, selling traditional Korean street food, and colourful cocktails. Taking on the trend of street markets, Hero offers street food, along neon signs, graffiti and strong bold branding, representing the feeling of an urban food market within a retail environment.
