Painting the modern garden: From Monet to Matisse, at the Royal Academy

Exploring the role of the gardens from the early 1860s to the 1920s through masterpieces by the most important painter of gardens Monet and others - Renour, Cezanna, Pissarro, Manet, Sargent, Kandinsky, Van Gogh, Matisse, Klimt and Klee. Highlights are the Agapanthus Triptych by Monet, Monet Painting in his Garden at Argenteuil by Renoir and Murnau The Garden II by Kandinsky.

In case you missed the exhibition, the RA created immersive online tour of the exhibition. The online experience is a 360 degrees discovery of his work, its meaning, context and technical detail. It is available for desktop, tablet, smartphone and VR.
A talk on illustration, creating with purpose and the power of ink on paper - this night explores all things illustration with some exciting artists, Supermundane and Malika Favre, that will talk about their craft. Tickets are available here.
