The Sleep event 2015

24 - 25 November

This November Sleep returns to London at the Business Design Centre. Along the list of exhibitors sleep will host several events, competitions and conferences. There will be a snoozebox competittion, a drink me bar inspired by Alice in Wonderland, and the annual sleep design sets.

RA Architecture & Freedom: Farshid Moussavi

'Architecture produces platforms for the way people engage with uses of buildings' - an idea she has explored through practice, education and research. Working as a co-founder of Foreign Office Architects, in 2011 she establisher her own practice and works as a professor in Practice of Architecture at Harvard University. 

This lecture she will discuss the 'function' and role of architecture as an agent in shaping everyday life.

Allen Jones: New Sculpture

25 November - 23 January 2016 at the Marlborough Gallery, London

Marlborough Fine Art is pleased to present New Sculpture, an exhibition of new sculptural works by British artist Allen Jones. Jones first showed with Marlborough Fine Art in 1971, and this marks his fourth exhibition with the gallery. 

One of the most significant British artists of the last century, working from the early 1960s to the present day, Jones explores the representation of the human figure. Together, the works in this exhibition offer a new perspective on the female figure.
