We've collaborated with the Pret team many times across multiple
formats, but this was a new challenge for both teams; to capture a
new customer, the evening diner. Pret needed to adapt their store
and operational strategy to capture this new trade for their Strand
The YS and GroundWork team investigated the latest consumer dining trends, what makes a restaurant feel like a restaurant? We spent time understanding the menu and designed a look & feel to match the food, making it eye-catching and inviting. The space is flexible to cater for three distinct trades and the environment seamlessly adapts and changes pace throughout the day attracting a previously un-tapped market for Pret.
