How do you create the ultimate go-to holiday boutique within
large department stores? Virgin Holidays collaborated with our team
to explore and reimagine their whole retail experience. We
delivered a concept that was centred around the brand experience
and all it's different touch points to inspire and engage
Our GroundWork team developed a 360° understanding of Virgin Holidays through the internal business, customers and on the ground sales staff as well as using our knowledge of retail trends creating a foundation to shape a future design which embodied the brand and inspired their staff and customers. The refreshed design across 12 sites with improved sales and customer engagement across all sites.
