Introducing Rosie

Brand Designer at YS London

Rosie is a talented Brand Designer who recently made the move from a creative studio in Portugal to join the YS team in London. With a diverse background in fashion, art direction, editorial, and print, she brings a unique blend of skills to brand design.

Rosie excels at weaving her artistic vision into captivating visual narratives and creating cohesive brand identities. We had the chance to catch up with her to explore what drives her creativity and what inspires her work.

Who have you worked with?

Celestyal, Google, Skincupid, Ace+Freak, Langley’s Gin.

Iconic design moment?

Experiencing Christopher Bauder's Dark Matter exhibition in Berlin. The immersive interplay of light and shadow profoundly influenced my approach to art direction and visual storytelling. This transformative experience continues to inspire my design output today.

What inspires you?

I’m inspired by the strength and resilience of women, whose stories motivate my creativity. Travel exposes me to diverse cultures and artistic expressions, enriching my work. I’m also fascinated by culture and subculture, uncovering unique ideas and styles to weave into my designs.

Dream collaboration?

Stella McCartney embodies the values I'm passionate about, championing sustainability and women's rights. Collaborating with such a forward-thinking and impactful brand would allow me to work on the social and environmental causes I care about.

Best part of your job?

Unleashing my creativity while collaborating with incredibly talented people. Collaboration is everything, I'm a people person so I really thrive on the dynamic exchange of ideas and the synergy that comes from working with a diverse team of creative minds.
