Celebrating 40 Years of the Iconic Nike Pegasus Running Shoe

We partnered with Nike to launch the Pegasus 40 concept at the House of Innovation in Paris, marking 40 years of the iconic running shoe. Rolling out globally across Nike’s retail fleet in summer 2023, this next-generation retail experience celebrates the legacy of Pegasus while engaging new and existing fans.

Working closely with Nike’s Brand Creative EMEA team, YourStudio helped craft a space that serves as a home for Pegasus loyalists and newcomers alike. The concept highlights 40 years of innovation, inviting runners to celebrate the shoe’s heritage through both digital and physical touchpoints that inspire and connect.

At the heart of the experience, ‘The Pegasus Shop’ draws consumers in with an elevated 360-window display kiosk. Inside, digital and analogue signage lead visitors toward an athlete trial zone, where they can explore the Pegasus through interactive storytelling, a customisation station, and community-driven activations like a 5K Paris St Germain FC run event.

The design experience also includes Holofan projections showcasing Pegasus innovation, deconstructed product displays, and digital screens streaming app content to motivate runners. With a seamless blend of heritage storytelling, Gen Z tech, and community engagement, the Pegasus 40 concept redefines retail while staying true to the timeless spirit of the Pegasus legacy.
