Strengthening Governance and Accountability

We've embedded responsibility into decision-making. It's now a board agenda item. We've committed to publishing an annual impact report. And social and environmental performance is part of our training.

Investing in Our People

Our team is at the heart of everything we do. We’ve enhanced parental support, introduced Community Days for volunteering, improved fairness and equity policies, and strengthened DEI in recruitment. Through mentorship and You Can Now workshops, we also support ongoing career growth.

Acting for the Environment

We’ve switched our studios to 100% renewable energy, introduced sustainable purchasing, and will next track emissions, set reduction targets, and embed circular design in more projects.

Supporting Our Communities

We’ve measured our community investment in donations, in-kind support, and pro bono work. Our charity, Vital Hardware, connects young people from under-resourced backgrounds with tech for creative education and careers. We prioritise local and diverse suppliers and will measure the long-term impact of these initiatives.

Through our Inclusive Spaces initiative, we’re measuring the impact of inclusive design and embedding B Corp values into every collaboration.
