Where hyper-personalised and emotive digital design meet tactile and sensory experience fuelled by human connection, we're ecstatic to share our latest project, the Amazon Salon.

Situated in London’s Spitalfields, this is a high-tech experiential destination which gives customers the chance to experience some of the leading technology, products and services in haircare and styling.


Linking the tactile nature of hairdressing with digital

We worked with the Amazon Beauty Team to bring this concept to life, from the customer journey mapping to the visual look and feel of the environment. We worked hard to link the sensory and tactile nature of hairdressing with the digital experience at the salon.

Customers can experiment with different virtual hair colours using augmented reality technology, enjoy entertainment on Fire tablets at each styling station and capture their new look in a dedicated creative area.


Novel ways of product discovery

Showcasing a selection of bestselling professional hair care products, the salon also uses new point-and-learn technology, where customers can simply point at the product they are interested in and the relevant information, including videos and trending content, will appear on a display screen. To order the products, customers can scan the relevant QR code on the shelf to visit the product detail page on and purchase, with delivery direct to their home.
